EAM-Mosca manufactures an extensive line of polypropylene and polyester strapping materials in its manufacturing facility in Northeastern Pennsylvania. All strapping products are manufactured to the highest standards on sophisticated production lines. Strapping products are shipped in individual cartons or in bulk-packs for high-volume users. The bulk packs minimize packaging waste and ensure the arrival of damage-free product, and provide easy access on the manufacturing floor.

EAM-Mosca uses an extruded, embossed, strand process in the manufacture of its polypropylene and polyester strapping materials. Strapping manufacturing processes are geared to produce strap with the correct weight, thickness, width, camber and dusting limits for optimal performance in EAM-Mosca equipment. Operating on a 24 hour/360 day manufacturing schedule, five extruders produce polypropylene and polyester strapping materials depending upon customer demand.
