Every bottle and can company knows that keeping production lines up and running is crucial to their business. That’s why we offer comprehensive aftermarket support services as part of our full-system approach for continued care after initial purchase.

Service and support offerings:

Reliable Strapping Machines For Tall Loads

The USI-2 SoniXs side sealing strapping machine makes securing lightweight and tall loads easy. The indexing head ensures the sealer meets the side of the load for correct tensioning and maximum product security. The optional load stabilizer gives greater control of tall loads if required.

High-throughput Wrapping Solutions

Our rotary ring and rotary arm wrapping machines offer a wide range of options for applications such as bottled water, round cans, and glass bottles. Wrap at any height, with self-adjusting tension and production capabilities up to 160 pallets per hour. Designed with film pre-stretch features, our systems can stretch film up to 400%, reducing costly consumable usage while maintaining proper product containment.

INCREASE PRODUCTION &
REDUCE OVERHEAD COSTS

Reliable sealers and optimized PET strap

Save on overhead costs and reduce strap waste by combining our proprietary SoniXs sealing technology with our Polyester (PET) strapping material. Engineered for high performance, our strapping machines reliably strap and secure can and bottle loads with the correct tension for securement and damage-free loads.

Can and Bottle Equipment FAQs

We provide a variety of automated and semi‑automated strapping and stretch wrapping systems designed to stabilize palletized loads of aluminum cans, PET bottles, and glass bottles for storage and transportation. Our machines are available with multiple options to optimize system performance based on your specific application and process needs.

Yes. Our systems accommodate full pallets, half pallets, and custom pallet sizes. Specific settings can be saved as “recipes” on various machines.

If strap width or thickness is different, width guides and feed pressure may need to be changed. If the physical dimensions of your strap are similar, Sonixs models can run either PP or PET equally effectively, but will most likely require changes in sealing and cooling timers – a relatively quick and easy adjustment. Heat seal models can seal PP but not PET straps due to melting properties and emission issues.

Yes. Our automated systems are designed to match the output of high-speed palletizers commonly used in beverage plants.

Absolutely. Our machines are built for continuous, high‑duty cycles typical in beverage production environments. Our machines are made from high-quality materials to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use.

Most beverage applications use PET (Polyester) strapping for its high-tensile strength. We will help determine the best option for your application based on load weight, stability needs, and sustainability goals. Contact us for more information.

Yes. Our systems are designed for seamless integration with upstream and downstream equipment in beverage packaging lines. Our project managers/application analysts work closely with OEM’s for the best outcome for each customer.

Changeovers are quick and operator‑friendly, often requiring minimal or no tools.

Yes. Recipe‑based controls allow fast switching between different can sizes, bottle formats, and pallet patterns.

Routine preventive maintenance is minimal, and wear parts are easily accessible for quick servicing. If more extensive maintenance is required, our ONE Service team is on hand to give support over the phone or through in-person service.

Yes. Our automated strapping and wrapping systems include standard features and optional capabilities that can significantly reduce film or strap usage, reducing labor costs and potential product damage.

Yes, our Field Service Installation Technicians ensure expert equipment setup, adhering to industry best practices and strict safety standards for optimal performance and long-term reliability. Service offerings include preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting techniques to ensure your equipment's productivity and longevity. We offer various in-house and on-site training programs.
