Production Assistant
Immediate openings for entry-level line tenders/packers position for our extruder strapping operation. Reports to: Production Supervisor
Requirements/Details
- Positions are 12 hours. 7 am-7 pm and 7 pm to 7 am; 36/48hr/wk, every other weekend.
- Requires lifting up to 60 lbs and packing finished product
- Rate after 60 days up to $16.75/hr; $17.75 on night shift
- Dependable, detail-oriented person
Production New Hire Sign-on Bonuses EARN $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS AS A NEW HIRE!!!
How it Works: For Hourly Production Employees:
- $3,000 Sign on bonus will be paid out in four quarterly increments
- After completion of 3 months, you will receive $500 in bonus
- After completion of 6 months, you will receive $700 in bonus
- After completion of 9 months, you will receive $800 in bonus
- After completion of 12 months, you will receive $1,000 in bonus
Important Notes:
- Sign on bonus payouts are subject to good standing attendance and disciplinary records. (Two written warnings or one 2nd written warning will disqualify the remainder of your bonus.)
- Employee must work a minimum of four days a week to qualify. All referred New Hires are being hired directly onto our payroll, they are no longer subject to Procure’s temporary employee period.
