This Privacy Policy applies to https://www.eammosca.com website (“Site”) users (“you” or “your”) who access the Site. The Site is operated by EAM-Mosca (the “Company," “we” “us” or “our”). This Policy also applies to those who interact with us in other ways, including in-person, online, by email, or via phone or similar communication method.

Our Company offers automatic end-of-line systems and solutions for packaging, bundling, and unitizing applications, among other purposes. The Company provides business-to-business products and services to organizations and commercial customers. We do not provide services for individual, family or household use.
This Policy describes the types of personal data we collect, how that data is used, to whom it is disclosed, and how it is protected. By accessing our Site, using our services, or interacting with us, you agree to the collection, use and processing of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not access or use this Site.

Personal Data

- Meet or engage with us in person, virtually or via phone call or text messaging;
- Submit a request to our customer support department;

Site Hosted Services.
We use cloud-based software and hosting services to provide certain interactive functionalities for our Site and share information with those service providers. For example, we use a payment processor for our store and a hosted service provider to power our visualization service. We also use the company, Qualified Conversations, to offer chatbot services on our website.
Data Analytics Services.
When you use our Site, the Company and third-party data analytics services, such as RevenueCloudFX, collect your internet usage data. These data analytics providers may also use the aggregated data they collect on our Site for their own purposes. Legal Process and Security.
We may disclose personal data to third parties to detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Site’s Terms of Use and other agreements, comply with legal requirements, respond to and resolve claims or complaints, for other risk management purposes, and to respond to law enforcement, legal process or a request or demand for cooperation by a government entity.
Business Transactions.
We may share personal data as we believe is reasonably necessary in connection with business transactions such as a transfer or sale to another entity of all or a portion of our stock or assets or a business reorganization.

How we use Cookies.
Our Site uses cookies and other tracking technologies, such as pixels, beacons and tags (collectively, “cookies”), to collect data. GOOGLE ANALYTICS
We employ Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting, which provides us with personal data such as age, gender, and interests; however, as stated above, we do not share cookie data with any third parties, nor do we combine the directly identifiable information you voluntarily submit to us with the Site usage and demographic data we collect through Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting.
The Advertising Features collect specific visitor cookie data, such as the source, medium, and keyword used to visit the Site, and other information, such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to the Site.
