ROMP-6R-VA SoniXs®

The ROMP-6R-VA SoniXs is an automatic strapping machine engineered for harsh food processing environments. Built to IP56 protection standards, the robust stainless-steel enclosure provides the best protection available in the market today. An IP (ingress protection) rating classifies the degree of protection against the intrusion of solid objects, dust, accidental contact, and water in electrical enclosures. 
 
System Includes:
 
  • Mosca’s SoniXs ultrasonic sealing head for superior seal performance in cold, wet environments.
  • Corrosion-resistant components and stainless steel enclosure for increased durability and system life.
  • Easy safe Cleaning – IP56 protection ensures the system can be hosed down for cleaning and is protected against high-pressure water jets from any direction.

  • Sealed and splash proof ROMP-6R-VA features stainless steel and corrosion resistant cabinetry and system components
  • Rugged roller conveyor with ridged v-belt drive eliminates belt tracking issues and simplifies belt tensioning requirements.
  • Wear-free DC brushless direct-drive technology with simplified mechanics
  • Unique fully enclosed strap track system guarantees superior feed reliability even with narrow straps
  • Proprietary Sonixs® ultra-sonic sonotrode is coated with a protective finish for long life in moist conditions.
  • The lever style sealed bearing construction greatly reduces the effect of debris buildup and service requirements.
  • Standard 6 Strap-way provides unprecedented reliability
  • Dual access to dispenser from front or side for fast coil changes
  • 180 degrees pivoting control panel
  • Production rate up to 40 units per minute
  • Over-sized, heavy-duty two fixed and two lockable swivel casters roll easily on plant floors and won’t get caught in drain openings.
