Our operator-cycled, arch-less or table-top, walk-up or in-line bundlers offer easy-to-use operator panels and a choice of foot bar or footswitch for machine cycle operation. Many models can be easily moved where needed. These manual or semi-automatic strapping systems are ideal for low-volume production applications at entry-level price points, or backup for seasonal use and are appropriate for products that require manual handling.
Horizontal Strapping Machines
Our horizontal strapping machines are ideal for side-loading applications where units require lateral strap placement. The Reisopack 2820/2830 delivers accurate, high-speed strapping thanks to user-friendly controls. These machines work well in facilities that require versatile machines that handle variable package sizes and shapes.
Hand Strapping Tools
We offer high-quality hand strapping tools that are convenient and portable, perfect for most manual strapping applications. Our HUG model delivers compact, lightweight operation for basic hand strapping needs, while the HUG+ enhances performance with improved ergonomics, higher strap tension, and additional features for more demanding applications. Both tools are compatible with EAM-Mosca Corp. strapping materials.
Fully Automatic Banding Machines
Our auto bander machines feature state-of-the-art programmable controls and sensor-activated operation for strapping without manual input. Their monitoring capabilities can perform automatic coil changeovers to maintain continuous operation or alert staff when the machine needs attention. These highly adaptable solutions maximize throughput efficiency while preventing production bottlenecks and expensive downtime.
Squaring Bundlers
Our squaring bundlers enhance corrugated bundles for optimized pallet loads, minimizing edge damage. Each system properly aligns bundles and stabilizes them for strapping. Operator-assisted and fully automatic programmable systems are available with choices in product flow direction, speed, and changeover procedures.
Unitizer Strapping Systems
Our unitizers are perfect for large-scale pallet assemblies and shipping units, and can deliver up to 10,000 pounds of compression. They are available with hydraulic or electric drive systems based on your facility's infrastructure and performance requirements.
We offer various unitizer models that can accommodate up to six strapping heads, giving you greater flexibility for different product mixes. Options include pallet lancing mechanisms for through-the-void strap application, customized material handling configurations, and integrated turn tables for cross-strapping.
Strapping Materials
We manufacture premium polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) strapping materials for maximum operational reliability. Lightweight polypropylene options deliver ideal performance for low-to-moderate tension and high-speed bundling. For demanding applications, our polyester strapping provides exceptional joint integrity and minimal elongation characteristics that maintain load stability, even under challenging conditions.
