CASE STUDY: HANSA FLEX
INTEGRATED AUTOMATED SYSTEM
The Hansa Flex system automatically straps pallets to then weigh and label them. An integrated scanner reads a barcode generated in the ERP system.
At the heart of the new packaging line is the fully automatic Mosca KZV-111 pallet strapping machine that combines state-of-the-art conveying and strapping technology with automated data processing. Mosca's SoniXs technology ensures that the strap ends on HANSA-FLEX AG pallets are perfectly welded before the packages are shipped to the customer.

We manufacture embossed polypropylene (PP) and polyester (PET) straps for enhanced machine reliability. Ideal for high-speed bundling, PP is typically used for light to medium-tension bundles. PET is well suited for heavy-duty applications and features a high joint-strength and stretch resistance to maintain load stability. A number of sizes, colors, and break strengths for both PP and PET materials are available on coils sized for Mosca strapping machines.
