Our ONE Service programs are designed to keep your equipment operating at peak efficiency, minimizing costly downtime and interruptions caused by unexpected issues.
Regular Preventive Maintenance visits by EAM-Mosca Field Service Technicians help to identify potential issues before they impact performance. Our decades of experience enable us to anticipate when critical components will require maintenance or replacement, helping increase uptime on your equipmentyour equipment's uptime and reduce your total cost of ownership.
ONE Service Preventive Maintenance includes a proactive replacement of all factory-recommended “A” Parts and discretionary replacement of “B” Parts. Our Team works with you to develop a schedule that best meets your operational needs. All ONE Service Preventive Maintenance visits include a limited warranty on both parts and workmanship.

For a more comprehensive service plan, our Preventive Maintenance Agreements are available.
In addition to our standard Preventive Maintenance visits, benefits include:
- Priority scheduling
- A dedicated and certified ONE Service technician
- Discounted parts (excluding electrical components)
- Quarterly technician visits
Each PM Agreement is an annual, full-service plan that begins with a machine audit and historical performance review, resulting in a maintenance schedule based on four quarterly visits. Coverage includes our Mosca five and six series bundling strapping machines, and SoniXs head unitizer products in limited regions only.
