For many years, EAM-Mosca operated without a dedicated team for its Latin American operations. However, this dynamic shifted when Denise Hazzouri joined the ranks as a regional customer service representative. What began as a role with modest responsibilities soon expanded, and her exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment led her to manage all business affairs across Latin America. Denise’s vision was a driving force behind the establishment of EAM-Mosca de Mexico in 2003. Subsequently, she adeptly used this foundation to extend her influence south of Mexico, reaching Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. 

Sales Growth: Beyond Traditional Boundaries

Since its inception in 2004, EAM-Mosca Latin America has seen its sales quintuple since its inception in 2004.. This impressive growth isn’t just a function of time but a testament to innovation, adaptability, and the strategic foresight to move beyond traditional corrugated industry operations.

EAM-Mosca’s commitment to forging long-lasting relationships shines through its Latin American presence- approximately 250 active customers across 22 countries. Yet, for EAM-Mosca, customer loyalty transcends mere statistics.
